URD real estate provides the full service of buying, entitling, developing, repositioning, leasing, and selling real estate properties. One unique aspect of URD is that we are both a design/build firm and real estate company, allowing URD to keep a close ear to the ground in the California real estate, development and construction markets, while maintaining extensive relationships with local real estate professionals and developers.

CONSTRUCTION / DESIGN BUILD

URD construction provides full construction services from project conception to building occupancy as a design/build company.
In the typical architect/contractor relationship, both sides have only partial control of the overall process. Information can be lost during the transfer of responsibility, and a client can end up in the middle of a conflict between the architect and contractor. The design/build concept allows us to pursue standards of excellence that are difficult to realize in the typical architect/contractor relationship.

ARCHITECTURE / DESIGN

URD architecture and design specializes in retail and residential designs, including tenant improvements, strip malls, shopping centers, multifamily housing, and custom home projects.

We provide a range of services including architectural design, interior design, landscape design, furniture design, web design, and graphic & signage design.
